I have created an Excel spreadsheet graphing Jac's growth since he was born. I am currently only graphing his weight but I also have his height and head dimensions in the spreadsheet. I am not graphing these yet as I only have a limited number of data points. To see the weight graph click here.
I have also created a graph of his feeding amounts per day since he came home. To see the feeding graph click here.
You can also check his progress on the graphs at any time. The links are permanently in the side bar under Charts.

I wanted to do this, but in my sleep deprived state, there was no way I was going to be able to keep up with it. But if you're able to excel graphs, this should be perfect for you...
